Bucharest, April 7, 2021 - The first DOTA 2 Major took place in November 2015, with Singapore Major being the 22nd event on the list. PGL organized or collaborated on 8 of these events.
Today, we are proud to announce that The Singapore Major is the second most successful DOTA 2 Major of all time. The enthusiasts watched over 20 million hours, and the event had 605,335 Peak Viewers, which is also the second-highest in history.
The first Major in Singapore aired for 105 hours and had an Average Viewers number of 195,611.

The golden minute of the tournament was reached during the Grand Final between Evil Geniuses and Invictus Gaming when 605,335 viewers watched one of the most spectacular finals in DOTA 2 history.
The Singapore Major was also the first-ever DOTA Major broadcasted in 4K.
