More than six months will have passed since the crowd inside the Avicii Arena in Stockholm celebrated NAVI’s maiden major win in CS:GO. Now we once again stand before a major in the one of the greatest FPS esport has to offer.
As PGL Major Antwerp 2022 rolls around we once more have 24 teams who will compete for their chance to lift one of esports most coveted trophies in front of a massive crowd in Belgium.
During the Regional Major Rankings games, 52 teams have battled it out in order to narrow the competing teams down to 24. Now 16 teams step into the Challenger Stage and duke it out between the 9th and the 12th of May. 8 teams will then proceed to the Legends Stage where the 16 remaining teams will fight for a spot in the Champions Stage, and a chance to play in front of an expected audience exceeding 10 000 in Antwerps Sportpaleis.
